From Dubna to Siberia: photo exhibition of RSCC "People who taught satellites to fly" opened in Zheleznogorsk

On July 26, the photo exhibition of RSCC entitled "People who taught satellites to fly" was opened in Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory. The exposition is located on the central alley in front of the city park at Lenin Street, 3. The project focuses on satellite industry specialists who work every day to provide people throughout Russia and abroad with high-quality communications and the Internet.

The grand opening took place as part of the celebration of the City Day and was attended by Rais Muratov, Director of the branch of RSCC — Space Communication Center (SCC) Zheleznogorsk, Alexander Berestov, Deputy General Director for Personnel Management of RESHETNEV JSC, and Zhanna Khmeleva, Head of the Department of Culture of Zheleznogorsk. Rais Muratov presented the exposition to the honored guests and residents and told them what the company is currently working on.

Moreover, during the celebration of the 74th anniversary of Zheleznogorsk, the head of the city Dmitry Chernyatin awarded Certificates of Honor of the Administration to four employees of the SCC Zheleznogorsk: Elena Dudina, an economist of the 1st category, Inna Zhivaga, a leading HR specialist, engineer Evgeny Pankov and Elena Shamaeva, a leading accountant.

The exhibition "People who taught satellites to fly" is being held for the second time. Dubna was the first to host the exposition: then Alexey Volin, General Director of RSCC, and Maxim Tikhomirov, head of Dubna, opened the event. The exhibition aroused great interest among residents, and therefore it was decided to expand it to another city.
