Federal broadcast

With the RSCC technology platform, we can offer television and radio companies a comprehensive communications service throughout Russia and the near abroad for further distribution in cable television networks.

RSCC provides distribution of packages of the First and Second federal multiplexes to 11 time zones of the Russian Federation through its own constellation satellites in GSO, as well as ground-based technical facilities of teleports and the TV and radio program multiplexing center in Shabolovka TC.

Direct satellite broadcasting

Leading operators of satellite direct-to-home television broadcasting in Russia work through RSCC spacecraft. The population can receive 400 TV channels, including programs of the First and Second multiplexes on NTV Plus, Tricolor TV and Orion Express platforms, anywhere in the country.

The services are provided using Express-AT1/-AT2 direct broadcasting satellites, Express-AMU1 and Express-AM5 heavy class spacecraft, as well as RSCC ground facilities at Skolkovo and Khabarovsk space communication centers.

Regional TV and radio broadcast

RSCC offers regional television and radio companies services for organizing satellite delivery channels to the terrestrial receiving network (its own or the RTRN network). Depending on the region and technical requirements, programs are distributed via RSCC spacecraft with optimal coverage of the required area and regional transmitting stations. RSCC also offers its own terrestrial infrastructure to deliver regional programs.

Management of TV feeds and direct news casting

RSCC offers TV feed services via the RSCC satellite constellation to TV and radio companies for the online transmission of news, reports from scenes and emergencies. The technical capabilities of the spacecraft allow fast, high quality reporting and live broadcasting.
