An “Oscar” of satellite industry: The SATCOMRUS AWARDS 2025 ceremony took place in Moscow

On October 2, 2025, the SATCOMRUS AWARDS, one of the satellite industry's main awards, was given in Moscow. Alexey Volin, General Director of RSCC, presented the statuettes following the 30th anniversary international conference SATCOMRUS.

Ten companies achieved outstanding results in 2025. The following received the award:

  • Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network as “Partner of the Year”
  • JSC RESHETNEV as “Leader of Domestic Satellite Construction”
  • IOSC Intersputnik for “Cooperation Without Borders”
  • JSC RTComm.RU was named the “Flagship of Russian Satellite Internet”
  • LLC Satellite Communications was named the “Fastest Growing Virtual Operator in VSAT Networks”
  • JSC AMTEL-SVYAZ was recognized as the “Breakthrough of the Year in Satellite Communications for Russian Aviation”
  • FSUE Atomflot received the award as the “Major User of Satellite Communications in Northern Latitudes”
  • LLC Ostankino Telecom received the award for “Expanding the Geographic Presence of TV Channels pf CIS Countries on RSCC Satellites”
  • LLC Eurocom received the award for “Successful Entry into Foreign Markets”
  • LLC Matrix Wave was named “Startup of the Year.”

Ksenia Drozdova, General Director of IOSC Intersputnik, was also awarded for her significant contribution to the development of the leading space for discussion of satellite industry — SATCOMRUS conference.

In addition, Alexey Volin awarded two persons with the RSCC honorary badge “For Personal Contribution to the Development of Space Communications” of the 1st degree. The following individuals received the award:

  • Ksenia Drozdova, General Director of IOSC Intersputnik, for long-term and fruitful collaboration in developing the industry, creating high-tech satellite systems, and a reliable partnership with RSCC
  • Yuri Urlichich, Adviser to General Director of RSCC, Chairman of the Council of the Association of Satellite Communications Market Players, for conscientious and productive work contributing to the effective development of space communications in Russia.
