Innovations in space: the management of RSCC and Innopolis discussed cooperation in IT and satellite communications

General Director of RSCC Alexey Volin met Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, Director of Innopolis University Iskander Bariev and Mayor of the city Dmitriy Vandyukov. They discussed opportunities for future cooperation, developments in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity. Another topic for discussion was the possibility of internships for university students at an enterprise that is actively working with a number of Russian universities and research centers.

"In Innopolis, as well as in RSCC, real professionals work. And this means that the main national satellite communications operator and the leading innovation center of the Republic of Tatarstan must бергә эшләргә тиеш (work together)," emphasized General Director of RSCC, following the tradition of bilingualism in official speeches in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Also, the Mayor of Innopolis presented the main facilities of the city, including the special economic zone Innopolis, the University and InnoPark, in which almost 30 companies are developing projects in the field of hardware and software systems, telecom and IT equipment, robotic manufacturing using end-to-end technologies and automation of construction.
