SATCOMRUS AWARDS WINNERS ANNOUNCED

The award ceremony for the winners of the industry SATCOMRUS Awards took place in Yaroslavl as part of the 29th International Conference of Operators and Users of Satellite Communications and Broadcasting Networks in the Russian Federation.

RSCC General Director Alexey Volin presented awards to companies that, in the opinion of the expert jury, have achieved outstanding results in the satcom industry. Nine winners were selected, including:

OceanTelecom - the leader in the growth of the VSAT-network maritime segment;

Ka-Internet - for expanding the subscriber base of satellite network in the Ka-band;

STV - for a significant contribution to satellite TV broadcasting and long-term partnership;

Republican Center for Infocommunication Technologies - for the development of satellite communications in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation;

RTComm.RU - a pioneer in the development and use of domestic equipment on existing satellite communications networks;

"Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network" - for long-term cooperation in providing digital terrestrial television and radio broadcasting in the Russian Federation;

"Gonets" Satellite System" - for cooperation in developing the ground infrastructure of promising satellite communication systems;

Svyazremstroy Company - for the reconstruction of the ground infrastructure of the Russian Satellite Communications Company;

DesignDepot - space visualization of the year: the most popular 3D presentation of the satellite constellation.
