Reception from Skolkovo: Skolkovo SCC Celebrated their 20th Anniversary

Director General of Russian Satellite Communications Company, Alexey Volin congratulated the staff members of the Skolkovo Satellite Communications Centre, a branch of Russian Satellite Communications Company, on their 20th anniversary, and also presented honorary badges of the RSCC and certificates of merit from the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

“Specialists of Skolkovo SCC provide broadcasting of 1100 TV channels and 130 radio broadcasting programs 24/7, which are available to more than 140 million residents of our country. And the staff of Skolkovo SCC impeccably copes with this important governmental task,” said Alexei Volin.

Skolkovo Satellite Communications Centre has been a part of RSCC since October 2003. The technical facilities of the Skolkovo SCC allow working through satellites orbiting from 27 degrees west to 103 degrees east longitude. Live broadcasts of sporting events, reception of news reports - specialists of Skolkovo SСС provide support to leading television companies and the largest direct satellite broadcasting platforms.

Andrey Anatolyevich Popov and Roman Vasilyevich Romanov were awarded with departmental awards. Alexey Vladimirovich Yesin, Andrey Anatolievich Glugovsky, Eduard Arnoldovich Tikhomirov, Nikolay Ivanovich Yakovlev were awarded with badges of honor of RSCC.
