Aleksandr Yakovlev and Dmitry Persan become head of Bear Lakes Satellite Communications Center and Acting Director of Shabolovka TC respectively

There have been personnel changes in the Russian Satellite Communications Company: the position of Director of the Bear Lakes Satellite Communications Center was taken by Aleksandr Yakovlev, who previously headed the Shabolovka TC. In turn, the duties of the director of the Technical Center were assigned to Dmitry Persan, head of the Communications System Operation Service.

Bear Lakes Satellite Communications Center is RSCC’s branch and one of the largest teleports in our country. Their specialists provide a range of satellite communications and broadcasting services to users in Russia and abroad.

Shabolovka TC is RSCC’s technical hub, which is used for quality control of services provided to customers. It connects RSCC’s Space Communications Centers, international and long-distance data and TV content generation centers with consumers of telecommunications services.
