RSCC acted as a partner of the SATELLITE 2021's EMEA + Asia Digital Forum

On Day 1 of the conference, Andrey Kirillovich, Director of the RSCC Department of Integration Services and Complex Projects, spoke on behalf of RSCC in the discussions of the panel session "Focus on the satellite communications market in Asia: Can regional operators survive and thrive?". Also took part in the discussions were representatives of regional satellite operators: Azercosmos, Singtel Satellite, MEASAT, AsiaSat, and SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation. The session was moderated by Mark Holmes, editor-in-chief of Via Satellite magazine. The operators discussed opportunities and points of growth for the satellite industry in Asia, one of the world's largest and diverse communications markets. In the context of unpredictable market conditions and a difficult global economy, the leaders of regional satellite operators in Asia share a common strategy to ensure long-term profitability by moving away from simply selling satellite capacity to providing a wide range of value-added services.
