Zheleznogorsk SCC hosted a series of sports competitions

As a reminder, the Zheleznogorsk Space Communications Center was established in 2004 as a base of the eastern part of the RSCC satellite constellation. The official birthday of the SCC is May 27, 2004. At present, the technical complex of the Zheleznogorsk SCC is able to manage and monitor communication satellites in geostationary orbit in the orbital slots from 32° to 154° E, to provide acceptance tests and monitoring of the payload of the RSCC satellites, acceptance tests of the VSAT subscriber stations, and to organize broadcasts of the all-Russian digital TV and radio to the Far East and Siberia.
