Deputy Minister Oleg Ivanov and Head of the Federal Communications Agency Oleg Dukhovnitsky visited the RSCC stand at Svyaz 2019 exhibition
Yuri Prokhorov, RSCC Director General, told the audience about the current state and development prospects of the RSCC satellite constellation, as well as about the company's plans for the coming years.
In the afternoon, a series of presentations took place at the RSCC stand, attended by satellite Internet operators and domestic manufacturers of satellite equipment.
Mikhail Glinka, Director of the RSCC Department of Sales of Operator and Corporate Solutions, opened the series of presentations, telling about promising areas of cooperation between RSCC and telecom operators, as well as about the main services of the Company.
Representatives of RTKomm.RU, Strizh, Ka-Internet, Hughes Networks Systems also dwelt on the satellite Internet projects in the Ka-band using Russian satellites. Ilya Vasilyev, RTKomm.RU, spoke about the company's main marketing activities to advance high-speed satellite Internet services in the Ka-band. Andrey Romulov, Strizh LLC, made a report on the methods of building and increasing customer loyalty. Svetlana Sirotkina, Ka-Internet JSC, presented a report on the benefits of satellite KA-band in regional telecommunication projects, highlighting inter alia the affordable cost of equipment and tariffs, high speeds (up to 45/10 Mbit / s), easy setup and plug-and-play, both doable by the user with no outside help. The section was closed by Yuri Fomin, Hughes Networks Systems, talking about the company's technological solutions for the Russian market.
The second part of the presentations was focused on domestic manufacturers and trends in import substitution of satellite equipment. Oleg Morozov, Satis-TL-94 CJSC, presented the company's marine terminals and other products. Dmitry Kuznetsov, Race-Communication LLC, spoke about mobile satellite complexes. One of them, a mobile maritime satellite communication terminal, was presented to visitors.
Pavel Tuchkov, a leading integration specialist at Erlideo, told about another promising area of thrust - the provision of subscriber video surveillance service. Another relevant product of the company enabling real-time face recognition was also demonstrated at the stand. Andrei Romulov, Iskra Group of Companies, completed the series of presentations with a report on the topic “Cooperation for the development of domestic satellite communications equipment”.
RSCC continues to work at the exhibition and invites guests to visit their stand - Expocentre Fairgrounds on Krasnaya Presnya, Pavilion 2, Hall 2, Stand E78. The exhibition will be open until April 26, admission is free.
