Born on February 25, 1975 in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region. In 1997, he graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUSI) with a degree of Telecommunications Networks and Switching Systems Engineer. In 2014, he received an MBA degree in Innovation Management in Telecommunications Companies. From 1999 to 2005, he worked in the sales department of Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications. In 2008, he joined Russian Satellite Communications Company as Head of Commercial Department. He is Academician of the International Academy of Telecommunications.
