Born in Moscow, she graduated with honors from the Moscow State University of Food Production majoring in Accounting and Audit, as well as the Russian Presidential Academy of State Service majoring in State and Municipal Administration. She was awarded an MBA degree in Accounting and Audit of the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS.
From 1995 to 2000 she worked in commercial banks as an accountant, economist and group leader. In 2000, she started her career at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "The Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Company" (RTR), where she worked for 14 years and went from a leading specialist to the Director of the Financial and Economic Planning Directorate of the RTR.
In 2014, she started her civil service career in the Government of Moscow, becoming Deputy Head of the Accounting and Reporting Department, and then Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the City of Moscow. In 2015-2016 she entered the office of the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region. From 2016 to January 2022 she served as the Deputy Prime Minister - Director of the Department of Economics and Strategic Planning of the Yaroslavl Region.
She was awarded the Russian President Certificate of Honor "For a great contribution to the implementation of the transition of the Russian Federation to a digital television format", for honorable service and successful implementation of large-scale projects at the federal level, she was awarded diplomas, letters of acknowledgment, badges of honor and orders of the regional and federal levels.
