The Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) hereby invites you to visit us at the international IBC-2011 tradeshow (Stand В20, Pavilion 5) at RAI Amsterdam in September.
From 09 -13 September RSCC will present its exhibit at IBC-2011, Europe’s largest annual multimedia forum traditionally held in the RAI center for conferences and exhibitions in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
RSCC will demonstrate the capabilities of the Russian state-owned orbital constellation to provide a broad range of up-to-date services in digital TV and radio broadcasting, including the use of the RSCC ground infrastructure, both within the Russian territory and in other regions worldwide.
The company exhibit will feature an interactive 3D presentation of the currently operated and prospective RSCC satellite fleet. Each satellite may be studied in detail using a 3D mark. You will learn about its performance characteristics and see a projection of its coverage footprint on the Earth surface.
Ludmila Mikhailina, Head of RSCC International TV & Radio Sales: ‘Over the past year since the previous tradeshow we have closely worked with our international partners, seeking ways to maximize the use of Express-AM44, RSCC’s ‘Western’ satellite at 11 deg W. We have accomplished good results. The bulk of the AM44 capacity is already engaged. Our task today is to optimize the load and efficiently use its capacity. Also at IBC-2011 we will be meeting with our current and potential customers to discuss our new space program and define strategic partners for projects to be implemented on new RSCC satellites’.
