From September 13-20, 2013, Amsterdam (The Netherlands) will be hosting IBC-2013, one of the most important exhibitions of broadcasting/telecasting technologies, and VSAT-2013, the global satellite forum.
RSCC will be among the world’s major satellite operators and broadcasting companies participating in IBC-2013, the largest multimedia forum and exhibition in Europe, being held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from 13 - 17 September. At the exhibition, RSCC will demonstrate the capabilities of Russia’s state-owned orbital constellation to provide a wide range of state-of-the-art services in digital TV/radio broadcasting and broadband access, based, inter alia, on its own ground infrastructure. Business meetings and negotiations are scheduled with RSCC international partners at which attention will be focused on the use of capacity aboard the prospective Express-AM-series satellites, scheduled to be orbited in 2014: Express-AM8 (14deg W), Express-AM6 (53 deg E) and Express-АМ7 (40deg E). These new satellites will not only solidify the RSCC presence in the markets of Europe, Middle East and Asia but will open up new geographical regions: Latin America and Africa.
From September18-20, 2013, Amsterdam will be hosting the 15th VSAT-2013. This annual conference will discuss technical innovations and business aspects of the worldVSAT industry. The event is organized by Informa Telecoms & Media in partnership with Comsys. RSCC representative is scheduled to make a presentation, and RSCC specialists will participate in a panel discussion among the leaders of the regional VSAT markets.
