Advanced Russian satellite Express-AM33 will be presented to Asia-Pacific market at CommunicAsia 2007 exhibition

The Russian national satellite communications operator – RSCC - will present at CommunicAsia 2007 (Singapore, June 19-22, 2007) the solutions based on Express-AM spacecraft to develop communications and broadcasting services in different formats. Special attention will be paid to potentialities of Express-AM33 satellite– an advanced spacecraft to be launched in the near future.

The Russian national satellite communications operator – RSCC - will present at CommunicAsia 2007 (Singapore, June 19-22, 2007) the solutions based on Express-AM spacecraft to develop communications and broadcasting services in different formats. Special attention will be paid to potentialities of Express-AM33 satellite– an advanced spacecraft to be launched in the near future.

Express-AM33 is scheduled for launch onto geostationary orbit at 96.5 East in September 2007. The spacecraft is distinguished for its high power to reduce user’s costs on terrestrial equipment, as well as steerable beams that will assist RSCC to react to market needs promptly.
