Satellite monitoring and control ground facilities

To improve satellite control reliability RSCC has deployed new modern terrestrial satellite control technologies. Control services are provided using Dubna, Vladimir and Zheleznogorsk satellite communications centers. Consolidating and control functions are performed by Technical Center Shabolovka in Moscow. RSCC has built up the automatized system for satellite monitoring and measurement to define orbital parameters of spacecraft, monitor transponders' load and admit ground stations to satellite capacity.

Bonum-1 satellite is controlled by satellite control center located at Skolkovo SCC.

RSCC monitors not only its own satellites, high-tech satellite control infrastructure allows RSCC to provide satellite control and monitoring services to other satellite operators. RSCC also offers its customers launching control services.
