Denis Pivnyuk has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Russian Satellite Communications Company.

Denis Pivnyuk was born in Moscow on July 28, 1971. In 1993 he graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov with the major in economics, in 2005 - the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. From 1994 until 2006 he worked for Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center as a head of department, director, Deputy Director General responsible for international cooperation and information. In 2006 – 2008 he was in charge of the investment project of INTERROS holding company in the field of alternative power engineering, in 2008-2009 he worked as a purchasing director at the Third Generation Company of the Wholesale Electricity Market (WGC-3).
