First multiplex program distribution to Siberia and the Far East started by RSCC

In the context of the Federal Target Program “Development of TV & Radio broadcasting in the Russian Federation for 2009 – 2015” RSCC, the national satellite communications operator of Russia, has proceeded to distribution of the first multiplex programs over the broadcasting zones A and B (Siberia and the Far East). The digital program package includes all-Russian public compulsory TV & Radio communications channels approved by the Russian President's decree No. 715 of June 24, 2009.
