Natalia Nikolaeva has been appointed to the position of Deputy Director General – the head of Business Development of RSCC. She will be in charge of RSCC business development strategy, sales issues and public relations.

Natalia Nikolaeva was born in Moscow. In 1988 she graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V.Lomonosov, the department of physics, as well as the faculty of law in 1999. From 1988 to 1998 she worked as an engineer in Moscow radio engineering institute of the Russian Academy of Science. In 1998 she joined RSCC as a lawyer, since 2003 she worked as a General Counsel of RSCC.
