RSCC and Planetsky signed a contract for a new Ku-band transponder lease on Express-AM1 satellite

Russian Satellite Communications company (RSCC) and Planetsky Ltd. signed a contract in which Planetsky acquired more capacity on Express AM1 satellite (40 E).
By signing this agreement, Planetsky enters into a new era in Satellite industry. The company signed for a new Ku-band transponder in the narrow European beam of Express-AM1 with capacity of 54 Mhz which increase the bandwidth with RSCC to 120 Mbps.
The new transponder will be utilized to meet the aggressive expansion plans which Planetsky enjoy.
Capacity of Express-AM1 will be used for the new 2 Way Satellite Services the company plans to introduce soon to the market. It will be available for I-Direct and Linkstar platforms. By doing so, Planetsky reacts to the market needs.
After a successful three years relationship with RSCC, Planetsky extends cooperation with RSCC and add another full transponder to its fleet. RSCC experts believe that Planetsky is well on the road to make deference in satellite business in the region. The company is well equipped to take the lead in providing customers with state-of-the-art Satellite connectivity.
