The RSCC terrestrial infrastructure have been operating now in normal mode

The RSCC terrestrial infrastructure, inclusive 6 Space Communications Centers  in the European part of Russia, Siberia and the Far East, the Shabolovka Technical Center in Moscow and the fiber optic digital network have been operating now in normal mode. Each RSCC facility is equipped with no-break power systems ensuring in case of  power supply missing a high quality and reliability of space and ground  communications and broadcasting  channels established in the RSCC  multi-application network.

During the day of   May 25, 2005 a power supply missing in the Shabolovka central power supply system took place. The independent power supply sources of RSCC enabled dwellings of the satellite control and monitoring systems, of data flows, of TV signal compression to be avoided. All the facilities of the Shabolovka Technical Center have been working normally.
