Valeriy P. Ganzhenko appointment to the post of Deputy Director General of Space Programs of Russian Satellite Communications Co. (RSCC)

Valeriy P. Ganzhenko is appointed to the post of Deputy Director General of Space Programs of Russian Satellite Communications Co. (RSCC). Valeriy P. Ganzhenko was born 27th November, 1939. Valeriy P. Ganzhenko graduated from Leningrad Engineering Institute, Department of Automatic Control Systems. Over the period of 1963 - 1998, Valeriy P. Ganzhenko was employed with PRIKLODNAYA MEKHANIKA Research and Production Association where he started his career as engineer and later assumed duties of the 1st Deputy Principal Designer and 1st Deputy Director General. Valeriy P. Ganzhenko has worked as Director of Space Programs at RSCC since 1998.
Valeriy P. Ganzhenko holds Ph. D. degree and is associate professor, corresponding member of the Academy of Engineering of Russia, full member of the Academy of Natural Sciences of Russia, rewarded with government awards, participated in the development, building and putting 30 space systems into operation, which include "Molniya", "Gals", "Express", "Express-A" systems. At present time Valeriy P. Ganzhenko is in charge of Space Programs at RSCC, and performs technical control and coordination of activities related to the Program of Renovation of Russian National Satellite Civil Constellation.
