Vladimir L. Glebsky nomination to a position of Deputy Director General for Commercial Affairs of Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC).

Vladimir L. Glebsky has been nominated to a position of Deputy Director General for Commercial Affairs of Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC). Alexander V. Fedotov, the former RSCC Deputy Director General, is dismissed for the reason of his new employment.
Vladimir L. Glebsky was born 7th June, 1968, in Moscow.
V. Glebsky graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute, Department of Avionics, in 1991, and took a refresher course at Moscow University of Economics and Entrepreneurship in the specialty of Marketing and Management. Over the period of 1991 - 1998 V. Glebsky was employed as a research-engineer at Russian Research Institute for Space Instrument Engineering, and in the capacity of Head of Planning and Economy Bureau, and later assumed duties of Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs of "Informkosmos" Co. V. Glebsky has held a post of Head of RSCC Production and Contracting Department since 1999.
He was in charge of development and pre-launching programs of KOSPAS-SARSAT ("Nadezhda-M") on-board space systems, responsible for the conclusion and management of commercial contracts for production, launching and operation of "Gals-1", "Gals-2", "Express (## 11, 12), "Express-A (### 1, 2, 3, 1R), "Gorizont" (# 45), "Express-AM (## 1, 2, 3, 11, 22) civil communications satellites. In particular,
V. Glebsky was responsible for insurance, planning, financial, and economic aspects of the said contracts.
