Mrs. Tamara M. Il'iushenko, the former RSCC Deputy Director General, is dismissed for the reason of her new employment.

Mr. George A. Komarov was born August 3, 1968. He holds a degree of Moscow Financial Academy in the specialty of International Economic Affairs (graduation year: 1992). Mr. George A. Komarov began his career with International Moscow Bank over the period of 1991 - 1994 where he was responsible for trade and project financing. In 1994, he joined "Duferco S.A.", a Swiss company, in the capacity of Finance Director, and in late years, "Lazard Freres et Cie" Investment Bank. He had held a position of managing director of "Vangvard" Financial Consulting Co. since March, 1996.

Mr. George A. Komarov is experienced in the elaboration of credit policy and its implementation in major companies. He also has knowledge in the application of effective financial management systems, mobilization of funds and optimization of funds flow.
