Mr. Alexander P. DUKA's appointment to a post of Director General and CEO of RSCC

On the 16th of January, 2003, Mr. Alexander P. DUKA was appointed to a post of Director General and CEO of RUSSIAN SATELLITE COMMUNCATIONS COMPANY by the order of the Minister for Communications and Informatization of the Russian Federation.

Mr. Alexander P. Duka was born September 15, 1953. Mr. Alexander P. Duka graduated from Leningrad Telecommunications Institute in 1975. Over the period of 1976 - 1998, Mr. Alexander P. Duka held various important positions at the "Vladimir" Satellite Communications Center (Vladimir Region). Mr. Alexander P. Duka headed the "Dubna" Satellite Communications Center (Moscow Region) in the period between 1998 and 2002. Mr. Alexander P. Duka acted as Director General from July, 2002 - January, 2003.
