RSCC concludes a partnership agreement with Castor Broadcasting on occasional use TV in Europe
The Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) – the state satellite Operator – has entered the TV broadcasting market in Western Europe. RSCC and Castor Broadcasting (the Netherlands) company have signed a Partnership Agreement on providing European TV & Radio companies with satellite news gathering services for live programs, sport events, etc.
